Forgiveness

What is Forgiveness?

Today I am beginning a three part discussion of forgiveness. Many people think it is something you do for someone else. But it is not. It is something you do for yourself. We will look at why that is and how it can make a positive impact in your life.

Clients come to me for help to change -stop smoking, lose weight, reduce stress, and achieve success, happiness, or financial abundance. I have found that often their issues are not the manifestations they create in their everyday life, but are related to their emotional state, such as anger, resentment, or bitterness. These feelings can be aimed at themselves or at others

The more a person holds on to these negative emotions or feelings, the more it becomes a part of them. Their personality changes, becoming more negative and they are affected down to a cellular level, creating the potential for discomfort and disease. Addressing this root cause is often the start of a miraculous healing process.

Letting go of these negative feelings was identified as a spiritual concern even in Biblical times; forgiveness is an essential element in the Lord’s Prayer, “forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.” Maintaining and developing our spiritual connection with our Creator provides us peace, serenity, happiness and balance of body, mind and spirit.

You may be aware of a lack of forgiveness, of self and of others, for incidents which may have occurred recently or in the past or they may be on a subconscious level. With hypnosis and NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP), forgiveness of self and others, along with reconnecting with Spirit, can be accomplished quickly, easily and safely, to start the healing process on all levels.

If I may be of assistance to you please do not hesitate to contact me.

Peace Profound!

Jerri
